Steps:

  1. Download the Jioswitch app first. Open it, You will be introduced to some of the applications in which you go ahead and open the application.
  2. You will see three lines at the top left. Click on it. You will see some options. The last option is Share Files with PC.

  3. Now you will see two options whether you want to put the file from your mobile to your computer or take it from the computer to mobile. Since we are discussing how to get a file from computer to mobile, we will select Receive File From PC. After waiting for a while you will see the ID and password for a hotspot.

  4. Open the WiFi setting on your computer and click on the available WiFi device. Find the name you found in the mobile, enter its password, and connect your PC with it.

  5. Now open any browser in your PC and you will be shown a URL in the mobile, enter it in the browser. It will look like a website open in front of you on the PC. Select and send the file you want on the mobile from there.

Method 2. Transfer Files Using Bluetooth[No third party app needed]

  • Most people know about Bluetooth. It is a very popular file transfer method. You do not need to install any other app for this. To use Bluetooth, both your devices must have Bluetooth technology.
  • You can use this if the file size to be transferred is small. If you want to transfer a very large file, you have to wait.

Steps:

  1. To do this, first, turn on Bluetooth on your mobile.
  2. Now select the file you want to take in your mobile in PC and press the right button on the mouse. Now in it, you will see an option of Share or Send to button Click on Bluetooth.

  3.  Now you will see all the turned on Bluetooth devices around you. Press on whatever Bluetooth you have in it.
  4.  You will get a notification on your mobile in which you will be asked in which you will see two options like Accept and Decline. In it, you touch on the Accept option. The file on your computer will come to your mobile.
